On Saturday the 18th of August, Ryan Summers and Nick Baldock held a free (to TSD members and all NON MEMBERS) workshop on the 3 main movements. The purpose of this workshop was to teach the participants safe movement and to help them identify unsafe movement when performing compound movements.

It was a great turn out with a number of participants sitting in to listen Ryan and Nicholas waffle about bio mechanics for a couple of hours amongst movement demonstrations and brief technique analysis. Workshops such as these will be more frequent within TSD as quality technique is important to remain injury and pain free. Nicholas, Nathan and Ryan care about their members so they want to educate them on how to move safely. Take advantage of the free information as it comes!
